Xbox
Fable the lost chapters is fable 1 just with extra content so no need for the very original version, this is available to buy here on steam along with this one the remastered version, Fable 2 never came to PC, it's a Xbox 360 exclusive so only way to play that one is on the 360 and Fable 3 was on steam but was removed in 2013 for a whole slew of reasons, you can still purchase a steam key for it on Amazon though for like $20 USD.
Edit 1 - and i'm aware your Australian (what you have set on your steam profile), yes you can still purchase on Amazon US, i'm also from Australia :) on checkout just use a fake US Address, as it's a digital Key, it doesn't actually need to ship, it will just show up in your Amazon game library waiting for you to redeem the key.
Edit 2 - Here's the link: https://www.amazon.com/Fable-III-Online-Game-Code/dp/B00AR03O8I/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=fable%2B3&qid=1556792039&s=gateway&sr=8-1&th=1
Fable 2 is the best of the series in my opinion.
Def have to play it then
