How do I change the language in the game?

I downloaded Fable Anniversary and it's in Japanese. I live in Japan and it's given the Japanese version automatically and I don't see the option to change it. Usually, I can change the language after I download a game. Is is because this is a remaster version of an old game I cannot change it?
I could not get a support from Steam. Is there a way to contact if I have a question?

Right click on the game, then go to properties, then language. There will be a drop down list from which you can select your preferred language.

Do you mean click on the desktop Icon? I see properties but I don't see language.

It took me a while but I got it. Thanks. Now, I know to right click on the icon in the library. I'm doing the good hero in Japanese and I'm gonna do the evil one in English next.
