is there any way to cheat a silver key (bug)

my key ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up at fisherman competition (it never started and im not going to loose 20 more hours speedrunning this ♥♥♥♥, one of my most favourite games ever but this is a joke, also never going to get repaired cuz lionhead is closed)

I'm not so sure about cheating it, but to try and fix it, give re-installing it, or verifying your game cache a try.

nah man i read this on net, it is a bugged ♥♥♥♥ in which if u save fisherman and like dont go to him fast enough he disappears ( like i didnt go to him after saving for 2 hrs of gameplay and i was not worried cuz i was like meh, it'll appear and now before and after jack not appearing i know its bug and im pissed off becouse i wanted to 100% it and i'll miss from 1 to 2 achievements)
