move camera with Xbox 360 controller

I'm trying to figure out how to move the camera using the right analogstick on my Xbox 360 controller.
I tried it in traditional and Fable 2/3 mode but neither works.
And neither does the dpad. I can only use the left analogstick to move in the menu or walk around.

I can't recall if it was the same on the Xbox 360 version but it does not seem quite right..

I use DS4 controller with DS4Windows, and everything is fine. Camera moves with the right analog stick.
