Global Achievements

No Achievements after beating the game in offline mode?
I played through the whole game , beat it 100%, though I played it in Offline mode as my internet was down for a few days. Once I got internet back, I noticed I still had no achievements even though I completed the game literally nearly 100%. Is there a way to sync this..? Thank you.

Seems not all games on steam count your achievements if they're earned while in offline mode. The only way to get them might be to complete them again.
