What's with the keypad?

I've tried a few times but I haven't found any clues about the number or been able to get the cat girl to tell me it or open it for me. Even when she agrees that that apocalypse is canceled and we're safe, she refuses to open it in case its dangerous and I leave. This is despite her opening the front door so I can leave anyway.

I can't really figure out how to get past this, can anyone give me some advice?

Ahh, thanks for that. Weirdly enough I found my own solution too. I asked the cat girl if she remembered anything about the Blue Parrot Statue after giving it to her and she said she remembered an important date, 0774. Very odd set of numbers so I punched it in and hey presto it works.

Every other round since then, the Blue Parrot Statue has a 50% chance of making the cat girl "remember" her passcode as a special date that she'll tell you as part of the statue's backstory.

If you have max trust with her you can just ask her for the password. Worked for me a bunch of times.
