Windows 10: Mouse clicks randomly don't work
This is a game with great potential, but there is a bug that completely breaks it.

Mouse clicks on stations and end-of-line drag bars work... once in a while. When I try to make any changes in the track layout, no matter where around the station I click, paused or not, train on the segment or not, almost all the time it does not register. It plays the mouse-click sound, but nothing is selected or activated. Basically, I can't change track layouts, or in some cases, draw new track lines at all. I sometimes have to resort to erasing a line completely and hope I can rebuild in time... IF it will let me draw the newly-freed line from a now-empty station. Sometimes. Maybe.

As it is, I'm probably going to refund it until there's some indication the problem has been solved. It's unplayable beyond the first time I need to make any changes in line layout.

Win10 Pro, GTX970, AMD Ryzen9 3900x 64gb, fully patched, yes antivirus, no malware, yadda yadda. No other mouse problems on any application or game.

Maybe this will help a bit - When changing line layout you don't actually want to click on a station. Instead, click the on the line and then drag that through the station. That will remove the station from the line.

I've tried all that. When the problem arises, nothing short of a game restart (all the way to the desktop) seems to help. And, as noted, when the problem begins it doesn't matter whether the station being clicked on is already part of a track line or not; the mouse-clicks are simply not being processed beyond making the click-sound. Mouse inputs to other controls, i.e. the game menu, register fine.

I'm having this same issue. I found that sometimes it helps to click a little off what you want to click. However, sometimes that doesn't even work.

I am having similar issue, though less severe. Probably coincidentally, it occurs to me when I play on windowed mode, but not when I played fullscreen.

I'm also playing in windowed mode... I've not tried fullscreen but I can try it.

Happens in windowed mode when the scale zooms out it offsets the actual click point by the same amount. So the further you get, the more scaled out the more offset the actual clicks are from the cursor. I've replicated it several times and if I use some kentucky windage to try and find the actual click point you can sometimes salvage a game but usually it kills my game. Just play full screen until they fix.
