How's performance on PC looking?
is it overall solid or performance or is this FC levels of unoptimized?

Yeah, hit or miss it seems, for me with a 4080 it's smooth on ultra in 4k.

Runs on 1440p with Max Settings and only RT off (using DLAA) just fine and smooth on my i7-9700k, 32 GB RAM and RTX2070 Super.

i all ultra with rtx, not been in the city yet, but played few games and was butter smooth

During MyCareer everything was fine for the Dynasty stuff, first NBA game however performance is garbage and starts to stutter and microfreeze.
3900X, RTX 3070, 32GB Ram, FullHD. Mixed High-Ultra, RT Off

No issues on-court. The city performance isn't great unless you drop some settings.

stuttering like hell, even in low settings, 5600x, RTX 4060, 16gb ram, 2560x1080
