Debug Error

Game was working fine and so many hours in, I am now suddenly getting a Debug Error where as soon as I start a match the game shuts down. The title of the dialog box reads Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library and the installation of WWE 2k25 is mentioned. It further says that abort() is called. Press Retry to debug the application.
Then Steam restarts irrespective of what action button I click on.

I was playing MyRise. A little into the female story where I had just unlocked NWO Souled Out Arena, I got his error. Tried a few times with MyRise, the same error. Then went to Play Mode and still getting the same error Verifying the integrity of files didn't help it.

Anybody knows a solution? The game is unplayable now suddenly. Not sure what can fix it.

Resolved it. A simple system restart fixed it. Had it not my next step would have been to ensure it uses the dedicated NVIDIA graphic card and that there is more space on C Drive alongside launching it as an admin. Looks like it was a memory thing but working now.
