After doing some research through the forums, I discovered multiple people with the same exact issue where steam says it's launching, then running, then it just never opens. Our common similarities ended up being that our specific processor runs on 3770.
This does not make sense, considering I ran previous 2K games just fine on 60 FPS with no crashing whatsoever.
I would like this new discussion to be dedicated to spread the word, such that 2K can patch it as soon as possible.
