Bug Report Custom Portrait

I am unable to remove/delete a custom portrait from a custom superstar once added. I can change it to other custom portraits but I cannot remove the portrait and go back to the menu pose. Any help would be appreciated.

Caw renders

What button do I press to remove a render from a caw that I downloaded.

That option doesn't seem to be there for any creation at the moment but you can replace it with a different portrait image in the meantime while also sending a ticket to 2K Support.

Bug: Can't unassign a render assigned to CAW

When you assign a custom portrait image/render to any superstar in CAW, there is now no way to unassign or remove it. The triangle button was used in WWE 2K24 to unassign a render from CAW but it doesn't work now. That means if you have assigned a render to any superstar the only way you can remove it or delete it is through assigning a different render in its place and not by unassigning it.

Given it was present in the game until previous year edition is it a feature removed or a bug? I think a bug because why should you not be able to remove the assigned custom render?

I'd send in a ticket to 2K Support. Being unable to remove character portraits sounds unintended.

I sent a ticket for this and they stated;

"I understand you have some confusions regarding the custom portrait, after confirming with our team, there isn't an option to remove the custom portrait, this is by-design, but you can replace the image as an alternative. I really appreciate that you taking the time to share your feedback."

Ofc I elaborated on why it's not "by-design" and they said they'd escalate it, but a ticket shouldn't have to be sent for half the issues in the game. A lot of these issues are basic human knowledge (and broken issues) and the fact these need "tickets" worries me more than the industry led me to believe, at this point.

It's a new interface. Lots of bugs/missing things. You can't sort content creations by 'recently added' any more.
