You want to say "Yes" to this as your save data is still from the previous version of the game and is not compatible with the new patch. It will then update your save data to work with the updated game.
If you get something other than this message, and especially if it talks about overwriting the data, check first before pressing anything.

So a 5gb update right after a 45gb update. Why not just make a whole new game at this point. These patches are way to big for just bug fixes. Also thanks for making use 1/3 of my data cap for the month in just a few days.

Superstar mode in universe is bugged every time I load in. The match starts then crashes.

This please! Thank you! It was so darned useful for making your CAWs look good in the menus (and in the rough, tough Community Creations competitive scene). My guys are just not at their best in their first-slot in-ring attire. You wouldn't have a photoshoot of Seth Freakin' Rollins without his crazy-stylish clothes, would you? Same for all of us creative people. Who the hell cares about supermodels if they're not going to wear their use-once-and-burn-on-Satanic-altar designer clothes!?

in Univere the referee counts outside the ring in every match......

In universe mode the count outside the ring is in every match even if it is disabled.

I was thinking the same. Performance fixes with a few bugs here and there runs into GB worth of update every patch? Is this the best 2K is capable of? It is an issue for those who don't have constant access to high speed internet for whatever reason.
