Game crashing after loading for 5 seconds

been trying to play the game and have reinstalled the game and it still hasnt fixed it
i launch the game 3 dots on top fade once and then when they reappear the game crashes and closes steam/any other game open after it closed the other game i only launched MGSV and it didnt work again i saw a reddit thread talking about reseloution to fix it and trying to use launch options it doesnt work so i was seeing if i can get any help

As soon as I got to Ocelot explaining what quiets abilities were in the cage I got off while in that room and then the day after I haven't been able to get past 5 seconds in loading screen

data corruption ? chjeck files.... that's somewhat classic way ot solwing most issues

not data corruption i was able to open the game again and it worked fine and then i switched it to full screen ingame settings and it was running ok it would still go to a black screen when i tabbed out but then i changed it to borderless window and it stopped working again is this just how the game is after some time?

having my launch options set to my screen reselution worked but now it doesnt work at all even if i try to do windowed or fullscreen still crashes
