Frame Drops When Streaming on Discord

I have a Ryzen 5900X paired with 64GB of 3600MHz RAM and a Radeon 7900 GRE, and all software is up to date, so there's no issues with hardware.

All graphics settings have been unchanged since these frame drops have occurred, so I did not enable some setting that suddenly consumes framerate.

As of a few days ago, MGSV: TPP now experiences sudden frame drops whenever I stream on Discord, but it did not previously, so I have no idea what (if anything) changed to make this happen.

The game goes from 60fps steadily (it could handle more if it wasn't locked), but the moment I stream on Discord, it tanks to around 42fps. I've been able to stream at full 60fps with no stuttering before, so I need help figuring out what the problem is.

ive been noticing that too with discord, sometimes when i start streaming my pc will completely bluescreen out of nowhere. what helped is you go to settings in discord and turn off "hardware acceleration" it should be in the advanced or appearence tab

Just monitor utilization ? Maybe discord uses CPU encoder now instead of GPU one
