Which one do I play first Phantom Pain or Ground Zeros?

Play Ground Zeroes first. It will introduce you into the game mechanics and the backstory of Phantom Pain. TPP is so much fun than GZ, but GZ is a really important part of the experience - GZ is a prologue to TPP afterall. And it's a small game too, you will take just a couple hours at max to finish the Ground Zeroes main mission.

Ground Zeroes happens before The Phantom Pain. Try that one first if you may

yeah even in the credits-ish scene that basically lists things from (i think) 1969 and onwards lists the GZ incident as happening earlier, many other things in both games point to it too, such as paz or that the in-game year of TPP is 1984 while that of GZ is 1974
