Atleast the Chico/Quiet theory has alittle bit of substance, even if it is total ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. But Leggings dude? Thats it? Come oooooooon put some effort into it maaaaaan.

Just like the effort super high classed surgeons would have to do to either travel forward in time, become incredibly skilled, reform chico's bones in an extremely painful surgery. While also performing perfect sex change surgery leaving Chico with 100% natural breasts, complete skin tone pigmentation change and all while leaving zero scars?

I'm pretty sure EVA was still involved with the patriots around the time of GZ, PW and presumably phantom pain. She was probably raising the clones which she regarded as her children, solid and liquid during the time of Phantom pain. Also Quiet appears to be in her 20's, EVA would be about 48ish years old.

1. This is Metal Gear, Quiet being Chico is not outside of the realm of possiblities, Metal Gear is filled with super natural / highly advance tech, the series features metal gears in the 60's & more high tech & snakes robotic arm for one so is it really hard to imagine that they'd have a doctor that could change chico to quiet.
2. Eva at this time was busy giving birth to Solid & being heavily involved with les enfants terribles project, you're talking about impossible bone structure change well Eva doesn't look like quiet either so she'd need recontruction too, which if you've played MGS4 Eva looks like a older version of her MGS3 model so no deal.
While have my doubts it's chico, at the moment it's the best theory about her out there.

Dismissing it because her mocap/voice actor has clearly stated the theory isn't true is a pretty legitimate reason, though!
