Name of Sound Effect used for Snake's Bionic arm?

it's was shown in the latest demo and was even heard in a Kojima Station episode when discussing the replica of it. It's been bugging me lately because i've heard it before in movies, tv shows, and so on. Anyone know the exact name for it?

here's the Kojima station episode featuring it. Go to the 17:00 mark to hear it used once during it.

They had a show called 'The 6 Million Dollar man' and the 'Bionic Woman'. I remember watching them as a kid and the sound effect was really cool to me.

We can rebuild him, we have the technology. Venture Bros also had a good character parody of the 6 million dollar man; they fixed him and expected him to work it off.
