That wasn't actually that bad.
Figuring out that those missions are initiated by going to the absolutely pointless firing range though...
No, where Peace Walker was the most obtuse and annoying was in how to unlock extra ops. There was zero rhyme or reason as to what unlocked what and S-ranking vehicle ops were the most arduous ****ing thing.

He is a huge fan
I wasn't complaining (for the most part). I thought it was kind of clever how it was set up. If we have to hunt anyone down in TPP I want it to be a treasure hunt powered by the Intel Team and whatever leads you find.
It was kinda cryptic, but not terrible.
The terrible part was unlocking Extra Ops.
I wouldn't mind more gameplay feature integration like that. Though as a requirement to reach the end game? Perhaps not. But for super awesome post-completion bonuses? Yeah, sure.
This, and apparently more than one of the main bosses are side ops so of course they are missing alot of stuff.
How is that possible to happen? They should have play it for two weeks if it needs that long to complete it 100%. I don't understand.
From what I know, Konami didn't really release review copies of the game to reviewers. Rather reviewers would have to go to a Review Event Konami had set up and play the game there, and they're limited with time—only 4 days, I think, or probably a whole week—so they really didn't have much of a choice. They needed to present a review with as much detail as they could, and the best way to try and experience everything is marathon the game throughout the event, clocking over 10 hours per day.
If they had time and no metaphorical clock ticking at the back of their heads (sans the article deadline, which these reviewers might already be used to by now), the few who are quite passionate of the game might've done enough to get the true ending and say it in their review.
At the end of mgs 5 venom snake (the medic) sees himself in the mirror remembering the explosion. He sees himself as the avatar u created at the beginning of mgs 5,he heard the tape of bigg boss saying they are bot bigg boss.
This is a message from kojima. U ARE BIGG BOSS, bigg boss is a tittle not a person jason (the real bigg boss) says now u are the bigg boss, all this is refering that YOU THE PLAYER and bigg boss are rhe same person,u have always been with him.
Thats why venom snake has jason's memories ITS EASY TO UNDERSTAND this is a 4 wall brake witj the player from kojima. U ARE BIGG BOSS. Thats why the medic appears as the character u created because that should be u.
:) NOW THATS THE REAL ENDING
Thnks kojima. ♥♥♥♥ konami
