What is Emblem "VENOM SNAKE" and Mother Base Staff 3? Is it worth to preorder?

The VENOM SNAKE emblem is just a piece of the base emblem customisation. Mother Base Staff 3 is just 2 staff members with tattoos on their faces. It's not worth the pre-order.

Venom snake emblem you can stick it on your mother base and on character(but funny thing is you can create your own emblem)Mother base staff is 3 guys for mother base from the start,a guess they have very high stats.If your ask me they dont worth preorder, but mgs game always have some surprise for people

its just 2?Why they call it Staff 3 then?

its just 2?Why they call it Staff 3 then?
It's the 3rd pack of 4. There's Mother Base staff 1, 2, 3 and 4. Each pack is just 2 different staff members with a different hair colour & face tattoo. They specialise in different things too. Such as base development & R&D, etc.

huh i never know that, then if stuff 1&2 for consoles, when if stuff 4 gonna come out?

huh i never know that, then if stuff 1&2 for consoles, when if stuff 4 gonna come out?
4 is for transferring GZ saves, I believe.
