I must emphasize again, both games are still very different and the base building have different purposes in regards to gameplay.
Obvious fanboy is obvious.
Fallout is a totally different type of game and is more focused on exploration, of course there's no hardcore stealth. Also, it's Fallout 4 with more customization, considering you can build from the ground up.
while mgsv is less about you, and more about your army, and big boss giveing less customisation, and more story depth, while also giveing great customisation, and gamplay.
thats why i got both.
yep, people want to sidestep the issue by claiming apples and oranges. yet if talking about aesthetics and customization, and sheer scale, obviously mgs wins, hands down. if people want some gimmicky tiny scrappy afterthought introduced through design by committee likely after they saw mgs 5 was doing it, they are free to do so. also fo4's base and the gameplay interactions described for it make it sound like piss poor design.
besthesda has bad artists and worse design and gameplay directors.
