I think unless you go really high fps (in which case you should UP the quality :) ), it works just fine!

Also, it's not a 'fix', you're technically creating more bugs by uncapping the framerate.
It DOES make a difference for anyone using more than 60hz as a monitor.
Also I did not notice ANY physics bugs / other bugs so far.
And I even play on "high" instead of ultra now, having above 100 fps, still no problems.
It makes no sence.
If Physics are "bound" to 30 and 60 fps: what about anything between that? 25 fps? 45 fps? You would have to also see bugs/glitches there. Since they know that would be stupid, I do not think it is like that.
As I said: 100fps+, no problem yet.
