How to i activate Quiet Rain scene?
So ive reached 10 of the buddy things and nothing has happened, so can anyone help?

It happens at random after completing several side missions in Chapter 2.

Meaning if you are not past Mission 31 you won't see her and Venom get kinky.

Think so too. Had her at max bond for a while and it seems to just happend randomly while it was raining at mother base
