How can I order Quiet to shoot one specefic target?

If I put her on attack she murders everyone. :/

Look with ur binucular on the target. When she points her laser on the target you can give er an order to shoot.

You use your binoculars or whatever to get an enemy in the center of your screen, when you see the green laser on the head of the guy you want dead, you press your call button and select "Fire (Kill target)" or "Fire (Tranq target)" depending on the sniper she has equipped

The "Cover Me" order allows her to fire at will, which is used when you want her to clear an outpost or when you want to rush in without having to worry about guards

To tranquil people with helmets while using Quiet, use "take aim" then shoot, if you're a moderate distance away.
