Report a translation problem
It's weird because I actually DEVELOPED the child fultons but the next time I loaded up my game it acted like it never completed the side op despite it being greyed out, so now my fulton upgrades are stuck forever in limbo
The blueprints they are talking about are obtainable only through completeing certain side ops. You cannot play those ops again
I don't know why this isn't a thing to begin with to be honest since side ops make up a majority of the game
Well I think if all side ops were constantly unlocked and playable people would exploit them to get better solders and more resources making fob a little more unfair
You can already do that to begin with just by playing regular missions though, so it's not like it's even that big of a deal to begin with.

It's a serious glitch and as such has to be fixed. I'm not on that stage, but it feels important enough to bump this thread.
