dont save up for one department. if one is green and rest is red, just upgrade the one available. by the time you finish some missions, the green one will be completed and the other reds will become green
...if i look back i most liely won´t focus so many ressources on r&d at first because command is more useful and helps with research a lot because you can send more guys into the r&d branch...
BASE & R&D imo. I dont give commad much priority. normally every other are built first. once i see every department could use a little boost, i will give command an upgrade
^^ This. Command is only important when you start seeeing x/x number of staff is getting full. If your base isn't full focus on the other stuff first, onbce you nbeed more room go command.
he just started. he will be fulton Es and Ds. the wont be seeing A+ until 30hrs later. making space for more Es and Ds early game imo is a waste when he could upgrade other departments
Loving the game!
