METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

How to stop in-fighting amongst the base staff?
As title. Its just started happening, and I have no idea why. My gmp funds are fine, and I've been showing my face around base. Anyone help?

Throw Troublemakers off the side of your base. Or dismiss them, both work.

Ah right! I remember an extracted soldier had that trait, but how do I view these traits once thy're back at base?

Fire anyone with the troublemaker skill/trait in your staff. That'll sort things. Alternatively, if you have to troublemakers in the same team the effect will be negated. I also think that having a diplomat in the same team will reduce the effect. But dismissing them is the most effective and easiest way.

in staff management go to the all staff tab and then change the view (i think y on an xbox pad, could be wrong, but theres a prompt at the bottom) until you see the currently selected guy's details. It will be a skill, so appear in the same place as for example 'gunsmith' or 'interpreter'

Yeh, troublemaker traits. The game loading screen said that if you have 2 in the same unit apparently they will cancel each other out

I thought I was creating an army and not filming a Carebears movie.
Fine, I'll just let the staff go as a "normal" person and have them end up with some other army and they're gonna tell that army all about my secrets because they're realy upset they got let go for smelling up the place!

Curse you war economy!

I like to think of it that BB just can't be asked to deal with every pesky troublemaker himself. He just signs the dismissal and Kaz will show him the way 'out' if you catch my drift.

Aaah, I could get behind that.
Oh Kaz, you whiny bastard. You're still useful for something other than acting like a jealous ex.

Crewmen with diplomat trait can help curve the troublemakers that aren't "unhygenic". I haven't found a fix for an unhygenic staff member yet. In the corps we'd give em a code red, oorah! Now I have the court scene from a few good men running through my head, "You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties, you want me on that wall, you need me on that wall! We use words like honor, code loyalty!..." "You're damn right I ordered the code red!"
