Prisoner Extract 07 missing prisoner
Anybody have this bug?

I just retried this mission over and over. I even interrogated 2 soldiers and they tell me who the highly skilled is but I am not getting mission complete. Hmmm maybe they will patch it soon.

Found out a way to get prisoners when they dont tell you their location, use the drug that lets you see organisms. he is on the cliff above that sniper, this has also helped me on unlucky dogs 3.

Are you talking about the mission at Spugmay Keep? If so, I can't find that damned prisoner either. I can't find him on the cliff above the enemy sniper, he's just... Missing :steamfacepalm:
