METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

PC Controls? (Prone Rolling and Changing Grenade Overhand/Underhand
Does anyone have any idea how to do these two actions using the mouse and keyboard? I've tried just about every button combination and still can't figure it out after a little over 30 hours.

hold the throw for under/overhand changing, you'll see the arc get bigger.
for rolling, when prone and aiming. tap the run button(shift default) and a direction at the same time.

To prone roll aim your weapon then press shift (or whatever your sprint key is)+ left or right

My problem is with grenades at least I can't get a throw to stay underarm.
It always jumps to longer range as if I'd held it down.
The downside of this is that inside buildings I'm constantly bouncing grenades off the roof or when outside hitting some twatting overhead object.

Thusfar it's made grenades pretty damn useless unless I want another chuckle at myself for bouncing a grenade off the wrong object.

I don't suppose anyone knows how to set it so I can master the underarm throw with grenades?

The really puzzling part is when I'm using the magazine for distraction, it works perfectly every time.
Click gets underarm.
Hold gets longer range.
I just don't get what's happening.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
I'm going to have a poke around the options and see if I've changed anything by mistake.
Clicking yes but not just tapping the left button! Difference. Hold the left button for a fraction of a second. Don't just tap it but also don't hold it for too long like you do when you want to throw a well aimed overhand grenade. That's it. Holding is just for accurate aiming, as you might have noticed already. Holding the left button you can circle around and change the arc as you see fit, release it and there it is: your way more precise overhand throw. For underhand throws the distance is much shorter anyway, aim with right button and then gently click the left button. That should do the trick. Clicking it very fast in order to force an underhand throw won't work. That's just a kinda panic overhand throw. ;)
