Mission 25: sleeping gas specialist
Anyone found him yet? There's nothing on the internet regarding that mission and you can't really interrogate the guards during that mission. I assume it's the runaway prisoner, but I've combed the whole area with D-Dog and found nothing.

He changes each time. He won't be in the same spot every time. He could either be at the 1st camp or with the V.I.P or even at Kaiza camp.

So, funny story about this on my end. The prisoner died, and I extracted his dead body and still got the ability to make the Advanced LLG mine and Sleep Grenade...So, there's a thought. LOL

EDIT: ALSO When I got to the Report screen it says he's alive and it recruited him into the Diamond Dogs...WTF! xD
