CONSTRUCTION STATUT STUCK AT 2/4

hi steam community I have an issue with my mother base I upgraded the base dev platform to level 2 but it seems that it's just stuck at 100% is it a bug ? i can see the platform on my map but it's still under construction i wonder if i am the only one with this thx for your help guys !

Im in the same boat, trying to do 1/4 of base support platform and its stuck at 100% no countdown. I wonder if I need to progress further in the game?

Go into the chopper, then press TAB.

Had 3 base upgrades hit 100% while I was knocking out the target practice missions. Went to Afganistan and they all completed.

battleseed you were right just had to take the chopper to Afg thx guys
