Ground Zeroes save not transferring

Is anyone having this problem? I upload my save from Ground Zeroes after collecting all of the XOF badges and completeing all the side ops and extra ops.

Though when I download the save from the upload, nothing changes and my rewards for rescuing Hideo Kojima and other such rewards don't transfer to Phantom Pain.

Again I ask, is anyone having this problem? Anyway to fix it or am I forced to wait for a patch?

I'm also having a problem where I don't receive all of my pre-purchase rewards as well. I pre-purchased this game before it got released, but I still haven't received my rewards for pre-purchasing.

Konami if you're reading this, please address this issue. Thank you and thank you for making such an awesome game.

I seem to have this too. Hideo doesn't show up in MB.

Konami servers are down 99% of the time - maybe you need to be always online for the rewards to transfer? I already imported save file.

Well turns out, I had to go on a mission, complete it and then return to mother base.

Then the report screen shows up that shows survivors from the Ground Zeroes game that you rescue in Ground Zeroes.

Everything is cool now. Just complete a main ops mission and receive a staff report. After you download your Ground Zeroes' data.

Yeah, they join you over time, not all at once.

Therefore the peoples rescued from Ground Zeroes will not show up at the beginning of the Phantom Pain? Thank you.
