why is snakes face always bloody?
Is this some wierd setting I need to turn off? I'm about 5 missions in and snake has a bloody face in all cutscenes and in game.

You got to head to the base and get a shower. He gets bloody from killing. Also, more blood he has, shorter the reflex time.

You can't turn that off. If you kill enemies/take damage, you will get blood on yourself. You can wash yourself at the command platform at your motherbase. Or if it rains, it will wash you. Changing outfits also works.

That's because you are killing everyone on sight. Check his demon horns, if they are bigger that should explain it.

Don't kill enemies and he will become normal again.

You should shower from time to time too.

There are no demon horns, thats the shrapnel lodged in his cortex. lmao You get bloody when you kill people, to shower, go to your mother base. Showering increases reflex time and people won't tell you that you smell.

Well it's a horn now. Because mine has grown an extra smaller one where a scar used to be.

He's right. You grow the 'horn' bigger when you are being murderous. After a while showering won't help. You will not get the 'blood of your hands'.

It's symbolic. And true. And fun.

Do you need to kill people in missions for it to grow, or can I go to terrorize Afgan in free roam?
