he wears one in the trailer so my guess is yes, dont know where tho, probably and intel and R&D team unlock

so, does anyone know of any other headgear options? like gas masks, riot helmets, frog helmets?

i mean, MGO will have a bunch of head gear options, i don't know why not put them in this game too.

Fail mission 3 times to get Chicken mask (soliders will let you pass 3 times). Fail 3 more for Fledgering mask (near complete invisibility but zero score for mission). Also there is Infinite Bandana in game if you manage to clear game with perfect stealth + no kills run.

You can get the bandana, which lowers the chance of taking serious injury, after you complete the final story mission you get a key item to also make this bandana into the infinity bandana, which limits score to A on missions but yeah.
