Quiet's End game question

So I spoiled my self to the knowledge that Quiet gets infected by the end game and leaves DD to die.
I suspect this is mission 43 as I had read some early none spoilers that she leaves. But the very same source claimed that after story is over you can find her post game for some closure.
Anyone knows if it's possible to get her be a buddy end game again? Or is she fully lost?
Anyone completed the main story yet?
Kinda sucks to loose her post game. Especialy after spending all that money on her,finding upgrades with her. Though it's greatly affected by us bonding on missions together

Yes, but I would love a official patch in the game... In all plataforms. Like free dlcs of the witcher 3... I want Quiet in ps4

I mean, they say in the game that her lungs are totally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up already from the fire. Of course that means that she shouldn't be able to speak even if she wanted to, but then again nothing they use to justify anything about Quiet actually makes any sense in the first place. She's pure shameless fanservice. It's better fan service for her to be alive, so she's alive... and it makes a whole lot more sense than her being killed by a parasite that destroys an organ she doesn't use.

"Shouldn't" and "can't" are often used in the same way in many places on the Internet.

I thought that this was one of those times. Excuse me, there is plenty enough there to get it wrong, nothing to get flustered about.
