Enemy wakes up - How to keep them unconscious?
Sometimes an unconscious enemy wakes up - why? How to keep them unconscious?
If I beat him up - will he wake up?
If I push him off a building - will he wake up?
If I strangle him - will he wake up?
If I shoot him with the sleeping pistol - will he wake up?

I found that the best way is to sneak up on them and interrogate them, and make them get on the ground.

Been able to fully complete missions without them getting up. Not sure the exact time of it lasting but it seems a crapton longer than tranqs/cqc

There is a time limit, however if you shoot him again with sleeping pistol it will reset the sleep timer on him, eventually they will wake up though,

You can't keep them down forever, you shoot them with a tranq pistol when they are down to reset their sleep timer.

Or you kick them to wake them up, and kick them to stun them again.

The longest stun duration is if you do the 5 hit punch combo, unless there are weapons that stuns longer.

Holding up soldiers and telling them to get down, will make them stay down until they get called by soldiers or CP, or combat alert mode starts.

If they stayed down permanently the game would be too easy. I am glad they put guards on a timer.

If you don't want them to get back up, kill them ;)

I haven't tried it, but the STUN bionic arm might also be up there, too. I imagine it'd be quite powerful.

Yup, there is always that option. There has to be a consequence for using tranqs. If you don't have enough breathing room, just use a firearm.

Complete your mission faster. Problem solved.

Also, I think through R&D you can research better/longer lasting tranq. meds.
