how do i visit my puppy at mother base?

i tranquilized him, fultoned him and met ocelot with the puppy when i got back to the base...ocelot specifically instructed me to make sure I visit wit the puppy from time to time...but I cant find him anywhere at motherbase..does he just randomly pop up from time to time or is there a specific place I have to go to on MB to visit/play with him????

Its random, he normally spawns at the command center.

i had to complete mission #3 now he is usually waiting for me when i land at MB.

I haven't been able to find him at the command center helipad after I added more decks to it. Any idea where he's gotten to?

He always appears when I land at the Command Module, however I can't interact with him. I'm on Mission 8, still can't use him as a buddy. Not sure if I'm supposed to be able to interact with him or not.

For me, the puppy never appears when I get to motherbase and he is nowhere to be found. But the freaking personnel always tell me how adorable he is! WTF(

Did you need to tranq the puppy. I dont think you did. Cant he just be fultoned straight away?

Yop he can. Well, i ran him over with D-Horse but he was standing, so i just fultoned him straight away.

nope, but he looked rabid..wasnt going to take any chances. besides he was already awake by the time i got back to MB.

on mb, command center, go to the 2nd helipad ontop and will trigger cut scene with wolf already big

try returning to base everysingle time you complete a main mission, not a side op. he will usually be waiting near the helipad for you. at some point (right before you are assigned the sideop to extract a certain scientist) a cutscene is triggered and ocelot brings him out to you fully trained and all grown up.

As of right now i have the same issue. Oce keeps saying i should come and visit him because he is lonely.
But to no avail. I think it is just Japanese trolling

So weird thing right, I was playing this, and I too was confused where to find the dog. Everytime I'd return to MB after a mission, a cutscene would play as I hopped out of the chopper, and DD would run up to me, and that guy with the red scarf would say something. However, I was mucking around on MB and accidently hit one of the staff, failing. I reloaded from checkpoint and little puppy DD was there! I cant interact with him or anything, but I can see him outside of the cutscene! :D
