Yeah, I hate when people figure out the solution to their problem and never actually update their thread ^^
White = moderate preparedness
Red = high preparedness
Balloon = they will be prepared to shoot down the balloon and will likely succeed in doing so if you Fulton someone incapacitated (ZZZ, STN) less than or equal to 30m of another enemy, if the enemy is neutralized by a holdup (---) they will shout for help when you Fulton them and any other enemies within or equal to 60m will be alerted and try to shoot down the balloon Wormhole Fulton counters this
Helmet = kinda obvious, they'll wear helmets and make it impossible for you to headshot them with a non lethal guns unless you aim for their face. High penetration weapons counter all helmets but are unfortunately are all lethal.
Camera = they have security cameras I think, not 100% sure myself what it really does since I rarely see any actual cameras, also preparedness against covert actions by you...whatever that means
Pistol = they will be prepared to fight you head on if you go guns blazing and disregard stealth and your chances at beating them in an open fight is reduced if they have high preparedness
Crescent = preparedness at night like enemies having flashlights and NVG
Crosshair = preparedness against your sniper attacks, if this is red then the enemies likely have snipers
