No mouse pointer or control

Have just installed, patched and run the game. At the menus, I have no mouse pointer. The up/down arrows and w/s are scrolling some text, but I can't select menu options with left right - the selection gets highlighted, but it just switches buttons immediately so I can't even get past login.

Any tips please?

same issue, also it seems to think im running this on an xbox as thats the controles it shows.... "rb" to scroll right... wtf is rb??? this is a pc not a damn console.

Thi sisn;t a bug guys - this is how the game is right now....all the menus etc are designed for console.....Pretty frustrating....

I've found the numbers 1 and 3 correspond to LB and RB....that's all I've found though. Oh, and key changes don't save after logout.

Are you saying that it doesn't work on mouse/keyboard at all?

Even if not, I can't highlight the selection I need to advance through any menus.

What a crock of ♥♥♥♥. Thanks for the heads-up you crooks. If you're not going to port it properly, don't bother. There's a reason I don't have an xbox controller.....

my issue is i can only scroll down with s or down arrow.. up, left, right, a, w, and d do nothing... so i cant even get into the game.. no mouse in the menu.. well stupid but what ever... but the menu just wont work for me..

edit: finnaly got to the point where the doc says "look up" shows an xbox control promt and mouse wont move my head......

Try 1 and 3 for left and right of the menu's....I'm full keyboard and mouse too and it's an awfully frustrating point....Try and stick with it, it looks and feels like a good game, just hasn't really been ported to the PC imho.....

Oh, any keybinds may not save after reboot though....just another heads up :P

M/K work just fine, but you need to navigate the menus with just the keyboard. Ground Zeroes was the same way.

This is otherwise a fine pc game, runs beautifully.

ok i just cant get past the select avatar sceen, menu just scrolls back to "features" so i select one and try to navigate down to "ok" but it just goes right back to "features"... I just dont get it... steam show almost an hour of game play and i cant even get out of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ menu..

Well, this garbage is heading for a refund and delete. Can't even get past the server info screen right at the beginning. There's no way of selecting a button, so it just bounces between previous and next.

Shame.
