How to upgrade Fulton Recovery Device?

So how exactly do i upgrade it to use it on veichles and such?

At your mother base once the requirements are met you can upgrade it to several levels. The first upgrade lets you pick up small non human items such as mortars, machine gun placements, etc. Level 3 I believe lets you already pick up crates and small vehicles

It costs 5000 to pick up mortars and machine guns, and I am not seeing any difference if I picked up 2 of each or 10 of each, only money waste. I wish there was a way to check how many mortars, machine guns, vehicles etc your MB can hold. If I understand it correctly, you pic up a few and then if some get damaged/stolen after FOB missions, you can pick up more. But if you pick up more than your MB can hold, it's just a waste of money it seems. I am not seeing any place where they could be stored and later sold or something...

How to get 3-4 lvl and balista? I just finished 21 main mission, but i have only 2 lvl of fulton and can up cargo.

if you think you have too many mortars etc, you can always sell them in the resources menu on the idroid

I am about to begin this vehicle fulton mission also soon. Its Mission 10, you need to rescue 3 prisinors (one of them is transportation specialist for upgrading fulton). Mission 10 is appears on the mission list after finishing mission 6 also. I didnt start this mission yet, i will see how it goes, someone was saying, if i act slow, they are killing prisinors... oh well..

There is also a transportation specialist in Mission 13 just in case you missed the one in Mission 10. And you can always go back and fulton off goodies once you've upgraded it, since those huge storage crates are in quite a few Afganistan missions.
