After Patch no 21/9 on 3440x1440!!!!!!!

I haven't even noticed

I quit running my games in 3440x1440 because most games UI don't scale properly

Go into graphic options

Set to Fullscreen instead of borderless fulscreen (default)

3440x1440 should appear

it's still 2560x1440, with black bars on each side.

its set on 3440x1440 but i have still black bars on my 34 monitor (no ultra wide after patch) yesterday it was perfect ;(

The only way to get rid of black bars is to set 2560x1440 fullscreen on 3440x1440 monitor. Your display (or graphic card, I dunno) should upscale resolution to fit the screen, but the image will still be 2560x1440 (try to take a screenshot) only stretched out horizontally. If you set 2560 borderless fullscreen or 3440 fullscreen, there will be no upscale and you will get physical 3440 output, but the game will still output 2560, hence the bars visible on screen.

Alternatively you can hack the game with customised exe file, but there are still unsolved issues. Find out links on forum, if you dare.
