psycho mantis little girl (theory solved)
in the prologue u meet a small teen or 10 year old which has a gas mask and in a black suit this realates to psycho mantis cause of the gas mask ectcetra they can both hover she teleports he does probably but not shown ingame i havent played MGS5 but hes shown in MGS1 and MGS4 but in a robot form and plus his little girl has a mate who has a fire unicorn and she can rise her pet fire whale (♥♥♥♥ that was long) i forgot that phantom is set in the past so thanks to suksas and 10 points to tasha for the first message.

I DO NOT HAVE THE GODAMN GAME please note this is old as ♥♥♥♥ so no need for comments but read if you may

She's probably his mom as Psycho Mantis's parents were both russian and he's born in the 70's , plot says she died as she gave birth to him though
