EDIT: I'm silly.
No.
Nope, that is Adamska, AKA Adam, AKA Ocelot. He was born on D-day via C-section on the battlefield and then he was kidnapped by the philosophers.
Where was this explained? I haven't played MGS4, but in MGS3 the final confrontation with The Boss pointed so much towards Snake. Her C-section scar was snake shaped and it even slithered out of her after she died. I always thought it was a hint at Snake being her son.
It is explained in MGS 3 by codec calls.
I believe it was all explained in Peace Walker. Eva sends Snake some tapes explaining The Boss' past to him.
That would be really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up, since Snake loved her in the "not as my mother" kind of way.
He loved her as if she was his mother, as far as I remember.
I don't think it was in a romantic way though, she took him under her wing at the age of 15, and she was the only mother figure he ever had.

If you're saying that he isn't the son of The Boss and The Sorrow, then you are sadly wrong.
Huh? Big Boss knew his real mother. Part of his back story is that he was detained with her during WWII since she was Japanese.
