@Scriptwolf, I currently have 200+ personnel there will be 30 to 40 at each structure. This number depends on how you upgrade the base. But there isn't any interaction that I can see, except putting them in a choke hold.
Well, that what I was fearing. Mother Base should have been a strong point of the game, hell should've been the what the story is all about, the building of outer heaven/zanzibar land.
I have gathered intel about MB as far as gameplay from previews and players, and they agree there should be more. It should be invested like other maps, and even I have to say the internals the open-world is limited. Mother Base can benefit a gameplay framework from a full realized interior & function, IDK much tech limitation of KJP, but instead of just jam packing it in iDroid and reducing platform interaction/function in Mother Base, they should've expanded it.
Not criticizing, for a healthy scrutiny, this game is it maiden and last, so from building a hype and contending itself to be the best action/rpg "tactical/stealth" game, it should surpass previous generations of games. A personal formula for mine is like this, lol:
MGSV construct = [Red Dead Redemption + Mass Effect] x physical PW
An immersive open-world map action setting, withstill amassing power through building an army.
I'm judging it's development as a game, and from what it offers over the installation leading up to MGSV. From Ground Zeroes + Companion App, we're under the impression of building our own. MSF started from a few dozen men in Barranquilla coast, in Colombia, to 300 men in the end of the year (quoting Kaz GZ). The companion app goes into detail, that we could have storage/hangar of our armaments and that it can be damage/repaired in maintenance, so in the end it's a weird thing they didn't implement much of it and its interaction.
I liked your personal formula and post. Because of the limited amount of things to do on MB, I'm now always in the field. No point to head back to MB unless it progresses the story. With the lack of any interaction amongst the crew or buildings, I decided on not visiting the other structures I've built, what's the point.
The respawn was because it was demanded my story. It was done on pourpose to add extra chalenge. And I'm a bit ahead of you and can guarantee there will be more like that.
as for armory. So? You don't need any weapon on mother base. Why add a useless thing you will never use?
The game is amazing. Thought I find Quiet to be a bit over rated.
