Rosemary and Raiden (possible spoilers)

So I was checking mgs wiki for some refreshing of mgs story. And I got curious about one thing.
Rose fakes miscariage and remarries Campbell in order to make people think that Raidens son is actually Campbells. Wiki states that at the end og mgs4 Raiden and Rose reconcile. Does that mean they simply friends again or does she leave Campbell to be with Raiden again?

Campbell was in on it, he did it to protect Raiden and Rose's kid from the Patriots.

Rose was never "with" Campbell it was just a lie they made to protect Rose's and Jack's son John.

Raiden was a person of interest to the patriots, which meant that Rose and their unborn child could be used against him should the patriots feel the need. So Rose faked her miscarriage and used Raidens unstable behavior as an excuse to leave him for Campbell. With all ties seemingly cut, Rose and her son would be safe.

After everything was over, Rose and her son had nothing to fear. So she told Raiden the truth and they got back together. Campbell was in on it the whole time and had to keep up appearences for her sake.

This reminds me of how easy it was to fool the patriots. Not a surprise they fell for Ocelot's circus act.
