Actually, the reason Ocelot loves BB is because BB was nurtured by his mentor Boss, which was actually Ocelot's true mother. Everything he admired about BB in MGS3 was what the Boss taught naked snake. Hope this makes sense.

He's mega gay, man. He openly admits to having a thing for big boss in this game, kisses solid snake in 4 and his entire motivation is based around his love for Big Boss. Ocelot's always been one of the most flamboyant characters in the series anyway.
