Process resources while AFK!

Hop on the back of the truck go prone and to stealth mode and ride throught checkpoints, switch off tv go fishing or something, come back and whola more resources processed!

Keep in mind you're in steam forums though, majority of people here play it on PC.
On PC it works.

Actually... If i stay in the ACC while AFK I WILL NOT gain continuous resources. I have tried this. I usually will wake up the next morning only to get 1 complete mining operation. The clock seems tied somehow to either movement in the field (Hence the truck thing) or opening and closing of the I-droid. FOR ME. for others i'm glad it works. could be a bug or who knows, and i'm sure most will just stick with whatever works for them.

It only works in windowed mode I have figured out.

Because if it is fullscreen, windows eventually goes to lock/sleep and that causes the game to minimize and pause.

If you leave the game in windowed mode, you can alt-tab, lock, anything and it still keep running.

As long as the game isn't paused, the resources, development and everything else will keep running.

I don't gain resources while chilling in the ACC, even while other timers (developments/construction/deployments) proceed properly. The only way I've ever successfully processed mats while idle was in a npc's truck.

Are you sure you didn't get the resource?
I've figured you don't get that information message "materials processed" or "materials mining", but when I go to the logs, it clearly says that I've got XXXX materials procured.

I've went to bed and left Snake in the ACC and had 50k fuel when I woke up next morning.

Yeah, nothing processes for me unless I'm mobile or doing stuff. Until I afked in a truck my unprocessed resources just climbing, but I wasn't getting ♥♥♥♥ processed.
