Question about "Kept you waiting" with Miller

On one of the very first missions you do in MGS5, you have to rescue miller from imprisonment. After completing this mission I found out there was an easer egg for when miller asks Snake to say the 'Magic words' then the player can hold Y or Triangle (I don't know what key it is for PC) to have Snake say "Kept you waiting huh?" but my problem/question is why doesn't this work for me? I use an XBOX 360 controller when I play my PC version of MGS5, when the above happened after replaying the mission, press Y doesn't do anything to make Snake say the Magic Words. So I don't know if this is just for PC users or just me.

Yeah I replayed it and even went on my other steam account and replayed the game from the start and pressed Y on my controller after he asked for me to say the magic words. Nothing happened.

I didn't hear a thing about holding button. I just pressed Y after Miller is done.

Let me Answer you,even 5 years later.

After Miller want you to say that magic word,you just stop moving and press the button E.
Then you will see the interaction between they two.
