The tactical aspect was always a big thing in MGO.
Giving we are in an open world now, I figure the MGO would've changed. Maybe even the devs learn fomr GTA online.

It looks like it, and it looks like something I don't care to be apart of. (Another team vs team match that has been done over and over and over oand over with most games with MP. The reason why I hope they learn from GTA online is that is was at least something new.)

I can see it already huge camp at pile of bodies each guy who pulls fulton out will be zapped immidietly.
Looks like the slow tactical gameplay is gone.
That may be true but some of the features and teamwork based abilities look really OP, i'm pretty sure people will discover a counter to the people running around in the open just cqcing/spraying dudes
On a serious note I wonder will nerfs and buffs be taken into consideration once the game is released.
