Difference between Cyborg Ninja suit and Raiden suit?

Is Raiden suit just re-skin of Cyborg Ninja suit or different?

In the guide book it says the cyborg ninja suit makes you run at 24 mph, and tha raiden suit is 28 mph. So just slight speed differences.

It's kinda obvious that Im talking about the suit's feature

Honestly I could not tell teh difference between max sprint speed upgrades on venom and the suit. They really are not worth it IMO as we cant get a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HF blade to go with it nor do we get any otehr built in awesome features. Woooo faster run speed that my horse beats gee useful jump distance when we basicly never jump....woooo so useful....parasite suit is more sueful if you want to use a suit that lowers your grade. Oh and they prevent the useage of the cyber hand so I guess it would be kinda useful for training combat crew....I guess

I couldn't tell the difference between sprint upgrade and cyborg ninja, but do you feel any difference with raiden suit? flclafi said it has 4mph difference
