Likely one of rescue prisoner side ops. They often have female POW waiting to be rescued especially in Afghan.
In the mission with Eli, there's a woman held hostage by the child soldiers. That's rather quick mission too.

Well then it will be easier for me to convince her to join me.

Before I unlocked S ranked soldiers, I accuired many of my female soldiers from mission 23, The White Mamba. If fact, it was really the only reason I replayed that mission.

My method was pretty simple.
I did NOT use Snake. Getting S three times in any mission can get a crew member the Distinguished Service Medal, so it would be a waste not to use a crew member that doesn’t have the DSM already. I used many of the female prisoners I just acquired from that mission.

Also I needed a light loadout to mitigate costs:

• Lowest ranked silenced assault rifle possible – this slot can’t be empty, so I went with the AM MRS-4 rank 1

• Highest silenced tranquilizer sniper rifle possible – mine was a custom M21000-NL for multiple zoom levels (the x8 zoom makes the White Mamba easier)

• Highest silenced tranquilizer pistol possible – WU S. PISTOL rank 4 was what I used

• D-Dog – to easily spot the children

• Support weapons: none – never used any of them

• Items: none – again, I never needed them

From here, it’s pretty simple (for the person who hasn’t unlocked everything):
Deploy at 1800

---If you want the large diamond objective to offset costs---

• Once you land, head to the outpost north of Bwala ya Masa – keep a distance between you and the road so you don’t get spotted

• NOTE: I use body shots with the pistol here when using tranqs. By the time the first person drops, it’s too late for the person who noticed, and several of them wear helmets but nothing else.

• Also you don’t want to use up the suppressor on your sniper rifle just yet.

• Once D-Dog has sniffed out all the children, quickly tranq the two furthest to the north near the light (one will be on the far side of the light)

• Pan to the left, there’s a child behind a turret, tranq him

• Turn left until you see a child walking north towards the southernmost light at this outpost, tranq him

• Tranq the two next to the southern light

• You can creep closer at this point to get the two in the middle but you’ll need to maneuver so the one behind the sandbags can be hit

• You should get the “guard post captured” as soon as the last one goes down

• Collect the large diamond on the table in the northern tent

---Now for getting the prisoner and finishing the mission---

• If you’ve followed the above list, head along the right side of the road (as you’re facing Bwala ya Masa) next to the rock wall. IF NOT, just head beyond the sight of the children at the outpost and cross the road to the west.

• At this point I use the tranq silenced sniper rifle

• The first child you should spot is by himself, you can tranq him in the head

• Stay along the high ground to near the rock wall until you can see the nearest two roving kids

• Pop them with tranqs when they are both visible – usually I get the one in front and then the other

• After the second one goes to sleep, go down the hill and in between the two furthest buildings to the west – you should be able to see a single child guard and the prisoner’s legs through the doorway

• WARNING: This kid has great vision AND a helmet, so crawling in is the best option for perfect stealth

• Face tranq the child guard and then retrieve the prisoner

• Move her and Fulton her near when the first two roving guards were – you don’t want to alert the other roving guards

• Head back behind the building where the prisoner was being held, the ground is connect to a roof of another building

• You’ll see a child with a black sack on his head roving by himself on the pier near a building to the west, hit him with a tranq

• There are two roving children, try to hit both of them, but they can easily spot you if you’re not careful – again, one in front and then the one behind seems best

• There are three children around the pier that connects to land on the front side of the ship, tranq them

• One child is standing guard where the pier connects to the ship, you can tranq his face

• There’s one last child near the fast-travel area – you might need to intScope to see him, when you put him to sleep, you’ll get the “outpost captured” alert

• Head back onto the ground that connects to the steel roof, and travel back to the rock wall

• You’ll see the chair in the ship from there

• Go prone

• Wait until the White Mamba sits down and puts his hands behind his head

• Aim for his hairline on his forehead (best with x8 zoom)

• Tranq him and then just pick him up

There is one warning: If for some reason you hit the White Mamba with a headshot but he doesn’t go to sleep (which very rarely happens), he will enter an alert phase. This is why I tranq all the children beforehand. He’ll go back to his chair after a few seconds of nothing if they’re all asleep.

IF it happens a second time, you’ll most likely will have to restart the mission.

This is an easy way to recruit females with good stats, and easy S rank towards DSM for crew members.

Hope this helps.

Mission 23, A++ in combat. In a hut- I believe the 2nd hut on the 2nd terrace down entering from the road.

I use a lvl 5 M2000 NL for tranq duties with a medium surpressor and 8x RF 3 step scope with Renov stock. Under 1/4 of a sec for enemies hit with body shots to go to sleep. I don't use tranq pistols, but bring sleep and smoke nades.

Useful, ill go do that for my A++ ranked staff. Anyone else think its dumb as ♥♥♥♥ that the main characters are only A++ rank? I expect ocelot and boss to be S atleast in combat

Of why they're terrible compared to my communist cannonfodder? I kinda thought it may have to do with keeping them from being a significant boon/reliance throughout the game.

It gives BB value. What define and make a character or a univers interesting?
- the Strong point ?

Nop. The weakness/the limitations. What makes Superman interesting as a character ? the fact that he is invincible ? Well it may entertain, but at some point you get bored of that aspect. Nope, what makes him interesting is that he can die when exposed to kryptonite, it's that he is tormented with his feelings for Loïs and the fact he is an orphan of his own world. Krypton.

BB character is good because he is torn apart with his feelings for the boss, Eva, and his place in the world as a soldier. make him an A++ remind us that he might be BB, he is still a human being. In that regard I was a bit surprised when, during a cutscene where he restrain Quiet, he actualy ask for help ! "Gimme a hand !" I liked that

However, putting them at the head of the characters makes you have to work to improve your recruits to be as good as the boss and while you can play as them, they'll be inferior to him until you've worked on that character a lot. Rather than automatically getting people better than the main character.
